Fry the ham cubes with onions and garlic in a saucepan in hot olive oil. Add diced fresh tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, vegetable stock and, if necessary, a little water. Mix in chopped herbs and spices according to personal taste. Cook everything for 15 minutes.
Put diced feta cheese in the pot and cook for another 5 - 10 minutes, then puree everything. Add the crème fraîche and then season again to taste.
