Drain and finely chop the tomatoes. Cut the zucchini into thin slices and stir-fry over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Add the crushed garlic and fry for 30 seconds. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
Roll out the puff pastry thinly and cut out 12 circles (8 cm diameter). Place on a baking sheet and prick a few times with a fork. Now distribute the zucchini mixture and the tomatoes on the circles so that an approx. 1 cm wide border remains free. Put 1 teaspoon of goat cheese and a little tomato oil on each circle and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
