Instructions

  1. Halve the flatbread and cut it apart so that there are 4 half flatbreads (you can also use other bread or small flatbreads as you like). Brush with cream cheese and then top with mozzarella slices and tomato slices. Drizzle with a little olive oil if you like and sprinkle with herbs.
