Ingredients
- 4 packs mozzarella
- 4 tomato (s)
- olive oil
- 1 packet herbs, Italian (frozen)
- basil, fresh
- 1 packet cream cheese with herbs, paprika or similar, to taste
- 1 large flatbread (s)

- Halve the flatbread and cut it apart so that there are 4 half flatbreads (you can also use other bread or small flatbreads as you like). Brush with cream cheese and then top with mozzarella slices and tomato slices. Drizzle with a little olive oil if you like and sprinkle with herbs.
- Bake in the oven at 200 ° C until the mozzarella melts and the bread is crispy. If you like, you can garnish the bread with basil or, for a better flavor, spread it on the flatbreads before baking.
- The flatbread tastes warm and cold.
