Instructions
Cook the gnocchi.
Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add pepper, salt, olive oil and (fresh) basil and stir. The cold sauce is ready.
Serve the gnocchi with fresh parmesan and the cold sauce.
Super quick and super tasty.
