- 500 g nocchi
- 2 large tomato (s)
- 2 packs mozzarella
- Parmesan
- basil
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Cook the gnocchi.
- Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add pepper, salt, olive oil and (fresh) basil and stir. The cold sauce is ready.
- Serve the gnocchi with fresh parmesan and the cold sauce.
- Super quick and super tasty.
