Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g tomato (s), sieved
  • 200 g ham
  • 200 g mozzarella, rated
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 2 tablespoon chives

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Chop the onions and garlic cloves and sweat in a pan until translucent.
  3. Cut the ham into approx. 1 x 1 cm cubes, add to the pan and brown slightly. Salt and pepper the ham. Deglaze with the cream. Add the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and bring to the boil. Add the thyme and chives.
  4. When the gnocchi are ready, put them in a baking dish. Stir half of the mozzarella into the sauce until the cheese has melted. Spread the sauce over the gnocchi and cover with the remaining mozzarella. Bake in the oven at approx. 180 ° C for 15 - 20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
