Ingredients

  • 1 bag gnocchi (500 g, refrigerated shelf)
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets, alternatively the same amount frozen food
  • 1 cup cream (200 ml)
  • milk (approx. 200 - 260 ml)
  • 125 g bacon or raw ham, whole
  • 2 slices cheese for gratinating, optional

For the cream:

  • 1 teaspoon, heaped salt
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped vegetable stock powder
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped oregano
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled nutmeg
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 squirt Maggi

Instructions

  1. For the casserole, take the gnocchi out of the package and place them in a prepared casserole dish. Place the broccoli florets between the gnocchi. Now cut or dice the bacon or raw ham and add to the gnocchi.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
  3. For the cream, mix 200 ml of cream and milk (approx. 200 ml to 260 ml). Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Now pour the cream into the baking dish so that the gnocchi and broccoli are well covered. If you like, you can now spread cheese on it. Put the baking dish in the hot oven for about 30 minutes.
