Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 120 g pesto rosso
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • salt
  • 3 tablespoon almond slivers
  • some pepper, colored, from the mill
  • 100 g parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets.
  2. In a large pan, froth the butter and fry the broccoli florets with a pinch of salt and the almond slivers. Then add the gnocchi and fry briefly. Now add the pesto and season with a little salt and a few turns of colored pepper from the mill.
  3. Before serving, grate and sprinkle the parmesan on top.
