Instructions

  1. Wash, halve and quarter the tomatoes (depending on size) to make bite-sized pieces and place in a salad bowl.
  2. Put the basil in a tall vessel. Add the olive oil, vinegar and balsamic balm and puree everything with the hand blender.
  3. Squeeze the garlic, add the yoghurt and puree again. Season to taste with salt, pepper, tomato-mozzarella-salt and sugar. If it`s too thick, add a little water.
  4. Pour the dressing over the tomatoes. Dice the mozzarella balls and fold in.
