Ingredients
- 500 g tomato (s), mixed in size and color
- 1 pot basil
- 6 tablespoon olive oil, mild
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 dash balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup yogurt, Greek
- salt and pepper
- some spice mixture (tomato-mozzarella-salt)
- some sugar
- 4 scoops mozzarella

- Wash, halve and quarter the tomatoes (depending on size) to make bite-sized pieces and place in a salad bowl.
- Put the basil in a tall vessel. Add the olive oil, vinegar and balsamic balm and puree everything with the hand blender.
- Squeeze the garlic, add the yoghurt and puree again. Season to taste with salt, pepper, tomato-mozzarella-salt and sugar. If it`s too thick, add a little water.
- Pour the dressing over the tomatoes. Dice the mozzarella balls and fold in.
