Instructions

  1. Peel and cut tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic cloves and place in a saucepan. Add the oil, honey and spices and puree the mixture for 3 minutes. Then season a little.
  2. Pour into clean glasses.
  3. The pesto can be kept refrigerated for 4 - 6 weeks.
