- Dice the onion and fry it in a saucepan with a little olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika and curry.
- Then add the tomatoes.
- Now fill the can with water and then add it to the pot. Let the whole thing simmer on a low heat.
- Add 2 tablespoons of processed cheese, which gradually melts.
- Finally, add some grated cheese (e.g. Gouda) as required and let it melt and stir in some herbs de Provence.
- If necessary this can be diluted with a little water.
