Instructions

  1. Roughly dice tomatoes. Peel and dice the onion.
  2. Slowly heat all the ingredients in the saucepan until the sugar is dissolved. Then gently bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes until it has a syrupy consistency.
  4. Fill into three 350 g twist-off jars, close and store in the classic way.
