Instructions

  1. Cut the herb ciabatta into 1.5 cm cubes. Finely chop the garlic.
  2. Drizzle a baking sheet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Scatter the garlic on top and spread the bread cubes on top. Roast in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (convection) on the 2nd rack from the top for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Wash, quarter, core and roughly dice the tomatoes. Roughly chop the basil.
