Ingredients
- 150 g ciabatta with herbs
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 600 g tomato (s)
- 4 stalk / s basil
- 3 tablespoon balsamico bianco
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 125 g mozzarella (minis)
- salt and pepper

- Cut the herb ciabatta into 1.5 cm cubes. Finely chop the garlic.
- Drizzle a baking sheet with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Scatter the garlic on top and spread the bread cubes on top. Roast in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (convection) on the 2nd rack from the top for 8-10 minutes.
- Wash, quarter, core and roughly dice the tomatoes. Roughly chop the basil.
- Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt and pepper together. Mix the mozzarella, tomatoes, basil and bread cubes with the dressing and serve immediately.
