Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small cubes, drain the juice a little in a sieve. Stir the parmesan and pesto sauce into the tomatoes.
  2. Cut bread into 12 finger-thick slices, brush both sides with oil and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the tomato mixture on the slices and press lightly
  3. Bake the crostini in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 8 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  4. Serve hot or lukewarm.
