Instructions

  1. Season the chops with salt and pepper and fry in the pan. Add the cube broth and the tomato juice from the can, as well as a little gypsy sauce and simmer with the lid closed for 15 minutes. Finally stir in the canned tomatoes and a mug of sour cream and bring to the boil again.
  2. Serve with plaited noodles and a green salad.
