Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the tomatoes.
  2. Place on a plate or plate, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with freshly ground black pepper. Cut the goat`s cream cheese into slices (or cut off small heaps) and place them on the tomatoes. Put a drop of honey on each goat cheese and sprinkle some thyme over it. Briefly toast the lettuce kernels in a pan without oil and sprinkle over them. Chop the basil and sprinkle over it.
