Instructions
Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into small cubes and cook for about 10 minutes until soft. Then add the remaining ingredients and simmer for about 4 minutes.
Make a gel test. Pour into jars rinsed with hot water and close.
Tastes delicious on bread or rolls.
