- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and let cool down briefly.
- Put the warm pasta in a bowl along with the tomato and mozzarella cubes.
- Shake the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, sugar, salt and pepper together and pour over.
- Mix everything well and let it steep for 30 minutes.
- Season again to taste and serve.
