Ingredients
- 500 g pasta
- 6 tomato (s) (vine tomatoes), cut into small cubes
- 2 scoops mozzarella (possibly light), cut into small cubes
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, finely chopped
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 0.5 ½ pot basil
- salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and let cool down briefly.
- Put the warm pasta in a bowl along with the tomato and mozzarella cubes.
- Shake the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil, sugar, salt and pepper together and pour over.
- Mix everything well and let it steep for 30 minutes.
- Season again to taste and serve.
