Instructions

  1. Quarter the tomatoes, cut the onions into rings and finely chop the garlic. Make a marinade from balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar and mix all the ingredients with it.
  2. Chill the salad and let it steep for at least 3 hours, but it is tastiest if it is made the day before, only it is then no longer as crunchy.
