Wash the tomatoes, cut in half, cut out the stalk and then dice. Put in the salad bowl.
Crumble or cut the Gorgonzola in a bowl and stir in the balsamic vinegar until smooth. Gradually stir in the sour cream, so that a creamy mixture is created. Season with salt and pepper and add to the tomatoes.
Mix well before serving - done.
The salad is relatively substantial and is therefore also ideal as a side dish, e.g. with meat or fish dishes or for grilling.
