Ingredients
- 500 g tomato (s)
- 200 g Goronzola (dolce)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 200 g sour cream
- salt and pepper

- Wash the tomatoes, cut in half, cut out the stalk and then dice. Put in the salad bowl.
- Crumble or cut the Gorgonzola in a bowl and stir in the balsamic vinegar until smooth. Gradually stir in the sour cream, so that a creamy mixture is created. Season with salt and pepper and add to the tomatoes.
- Mix well before serving - done.
- The salad is relatively substantial and is therefore also ideal as a side dish, e.g. with meat or fish dishes or for grilling.
