Instructions

  1. Wash the peppers, remove the stems and cut into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Add the chopped peppers, tomato paste (diluted beforehand with a cup of water), harissa, the ground karwia, crushed garlic and salt. Simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add 2 eggs and stir in the tomato sauce. Now add the remaining 4 eggs without stirring. Cover the pan and let cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  3. With pan bread.
