We prepare the necessary products. In the cooking process, we need boiling water.
Wash the chicken fillet and cut it into small random pieces.
In a cauldron or saucepan with a thick bottom, heat the vegetable oil and fry the chicken fillet over high heat, for about 5-7 minutes.
We clean vegetables.
Cut the onions into cubes.
Cut the carrots into small cubes.
Add onion and carrots to the meat pan and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Chop the garlic.
Cut the pepper into small pieces.
Put the pepper and garlic in a saucepan and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Remove the skin from the tomatoes (if you use them with the skin), put them in a blender, and grind them.
Add chopped tomatoes and all spices (except salt) to the pan. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
Chop green onions.
Add the beans and chopped green onions to the pan. We mix.
Pour in boiling water, adjusting the density you need. Put salt and bay leaf. Stir and simmer over low heat, covered for another 10-12 minutes.
