Tomato Soup with Coconut Milk
Instructions
- Peel and dice the onions.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté the onions in it. Deglaze with 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Now add the pizza tomatoes and coconut milk. Bring to the boil and simmer for approx. 10 minutes. Season the soup with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Baguette bread goes well with it.
