Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the onions.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté the onions in it. Deglaze with 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Now add the pizza tomatoes and coconut milk. Bring to the boil and simmer for approx. 10 minutes. Season the soup with salt, pepper and sugar.
  3. Baguette bread goes well with it.
