- The spaghetti is cooked unbroken in boiling salted water until just soft and set aside.
- In the pot you now steam the finely chopped onions in the melted butter, add the tomato paste and steam it briefly.
- Alternatively, you can use a can of tomatoes instead of tomato paste.
- Now mix the spaghetti with the tomato paste. Until the tomato paste has mixed evenly with the spaghetti.
- Not much sauce is made. Mixing it together results in red spaghetti.
- This spaghetti is now layered alternately with grated Swiss cheese in a large bowl. The finish should be grated cheese.
- In a small pan, toast the breadcrumbs and butter to a nice light brown color and pour the melted breadcrumbs over the tomato spaghetti!
- Lettuce goes well with it!
