Instructions

  1. First cut the onions and sauté them in 2 teaspoons of oil. If necessary, add a little water after a while. Meanwhile, cut the fresh mushrooms into slices and add to the onions with salt, paprika powder and cayenne pepper.
  2. Stir briefly, put the lid on the pan and let it simmer. Cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces, stir again, put the lid on, turn on a low flame and let simmer.
  3. Meanwhile add water and let the couscous soak for 5 minutes in approx. 80-100 ml of water (with 2 pinches of salt). Add fresh basil leaves to the finished vegetables and serve with the couscous.
