Instructions

  1. Eight tomatoes, then cut in half across. Halve the shallots, cut into half rings and add to the tomatoes. Divide between four bowls or plates. Season with herb salt and a pinch of sugar. Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and drizzle over the tomatoes. Crumble the sheep`s cheese and sprinkle with the basil over the tomatoes.
  2. It goes well with baguette or ciabatta.
