Grate the smoked cheese and eggs on a fine grater, press in the garlic cloves, add the mayonnaise and mix well.
Cut a lid off the tomatoes and scoop out the tomatoes with a teaspoon. Pour the cheese and egg mixture into the tomatoes, put the lid on and serve the filled tomatoes.
Note:
Bilochka is an egg and cheese preparation with garlic. Bilochka is traditionally served with sliced baguette with Ukrainian green borscht.
Ukrainian hrinky are an even more elegant variant of bilochka - the same ingredients, only the dishes are served differently. (see recipes in my profile).
