Instructions
Put all ingredients in a bowl over the diced poultry and stir well. Add only as much oil as is needed to distribute the other ingredients. The starch is used to keep the meat nice and tender.
Let it soak in the fridge for a while.
The amount is enough for approx. 400 g of meat.
