Wash, peel and eighth the apples. Cut the apple wedges into approx. 0.5 cm thick slices to form triangles. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan on the stove. Now use the hand mixer to mix all the ingredients except the apples into a smooth dough. Then fold in the apples.
Put the dough in a round baking pan (greased if necessary) and bake the cake for 50 - 60 minutes at 180 degrees.
