Instructions

  1. Wash the leek, cut off the inedible parts and cut the rest into fine slices. Heat the oil in a saucepan and toast the leek in it. Pour the vegetable stock on top. Cook the tortellini in the soup according to the instructions.
  2. Serve the finished soup garnished with a little chives. The soup is enough for 4 people as a starter or for 2 people as a main course.
