Instructions

  1. Boil the tortellini in 3/4 liter water with a stock cube in a large saucepan for about 15 minutes, then do not pour off the stock! When using fresh tortellini, follow the instructions on the package so that they do not fall apart.
  2. In the meantime, cut the meat sausage, mushrooms and onions into small pieces and fry them in a pan. Add everything together to the tortellini, then add the cream and creme fraîche and bring to the boil again briefly. Season with a little tomato paste and the herbs.
  3. This simple recipe is my family`s all-time favorite. It tastes best if you prepare it the day before and then reheat it, although it rarely lasts that long with us. We usually do double the amount and then eat it twice! The dish is also great for parties or cooking with children.
