Tortellini in Tomato and Cheese Sauce
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet, then place on a sieve. Peel and dice onions and garlic and sauté in heated oil. Deglaze with cream and let it boil down a little.
- Cut the Gorgonzola into pieces, add to the sauce and let it melt slowly. Possibly puree the sauce with the hand blender.
- Scald and peel tomatoes. Cut into cubes and add to the sauce. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Add the tortellini to the sauce and let it heat up briefly.
- Wash the basil and cut into strips. Sprinkle the tortellini in the sauce with basil and grated Parmesan and serve.
