Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet, then place on a sieve. Peel and dice onions and garlic and sauté in heated oil. Deglaze with cream and let it boil down a little.
  2. Cut the Gorgonzola into pieces, add to the sauce and let it melt slowly. Possibly puree the sauce with the hand blender.
  3. Scald and peel tomatoes. Cut into cubes and add to the sauce. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and oregano.
  4. Add the tortellini to the sauce and let it heat up briefly.
  5. Wash the basil and cut into strips. Sprinkle the tortellini in the sauce with basil and grated Parmesan and serve.
