Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet. Fry the minced meat in a little oil and the chopped onion. Pour 250 ml of vegetable stock on top. Drain the tortellini and add to the minced meat. Mix well.
Finally, add a cup of cream and season to taste with a little curry and paprika. Bring to the boil again and stir.
We developed this recipe as a hit with children. My kids all love to eat it.
