Instructions

  1. Peel the white asparagus, cut into pieces approx. 1 cm long and add to boiling, lightly salted water.
  2. Cut the green asparagus into pieces approx. 1 cm long and add to the white asparagus after approx. 4 minutes. Let both cook for another 5 minutes and do a random test.
  3. Heat the oil and butter in a large pan. Peel and dice the onion and brown lightly in the fat.
  4. Take the asparagus out of the water and drain. Leave the asparagus water in the pot.
  5. Add the asparagus to the onions.
  6. Bring the asparagus water to the boil again and cook the tortellini in it for about 3 minutes. Then drain and drain the tortellini.
  7. Meanwhile, finely dice the salami and add to the pan.
  8. When everything is a little brown, add the drained tortellini and fry as well.
  9. Cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces, place in the pan, toss briefly.
  10. Arrange everything hot and, depending on your taste, serve with ketchup and cheese.
