Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Fry the bacon cubes in a pan without oil until they are nice and brown. Remove from the pan and fry the mushrooms in the remaining oil. Possibly add a little olive oil so that they don`t burn.
  3. Drain the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
  4. Mix the oil, vinegar, tomato paste and the pressed garlic to a salad dressing and season with pepper, paprika powder and a little salt. Use the salt sparingly, as the bacon cubes are usually very salty.
  5. Mix the drained tortellini with the remaining ingredients in the sauce.
  6. Tastes very tasty warm and cold.
