Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
Fry the bacon cubes in a pan without oil until they are nice and brown. Remove from the pan and fry the mushrooms in the remaining oil. Possibly add a little olive oil so that they don`t burn.
Drain the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
Mix the oil, vinegar, tomato paste and the pressed garlic to a salad dressing and season with pepper, paprika powder and a little salt. Use the salt sparingly, as the bacon cubes are usually very salty.
Mix the drained tortellini with the remaining ingredients in the sauce.
