Ingredients
- 500 g tortellini, any fillin, from the coolin shelf
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 125 g bacon cubes
- 0.5 ½ glass tomato (s), dried, in oil
For the dressing:
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

- Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
- Fry the bacon cubes in a pan without oil until they are nice and brown. Remove from the pan and fry the mushrooms in the remaining oil. Possibly add a little olive oil so that they don`t burn.
- Drain the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
- Mix the oil, vinegar, tomato paste and the pressed garlic to a salad dressing and season with pepper, paprika powder and a little salt. Use the salt sparingly, as the bacon cubes are usually very salty.
- Mix the drained tortellini with the remaining ingredients in the sauce.
- Tastes very tasty warm and cold.
