Ingredients
- 500 g tortellini with ricotta fillin
- 500 g cherry tomato (s)
- 1 onion (s), mild
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar, white
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, Italian, dried
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

- Cook the tortellini, drain and leave to cool.
- Wash and quarter tomatoes. Finely chop the onion. Rinse the basil, toss dry and cut the leaves into small pieces.
- For the dressing, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, salt, dried herbs and garlic to a spicy dressing and let it steep a little.
- Mix the salad ingredients with the dressing in a bowl and let it steep.
- Tip: You can also use spring onions instead of the onion.
