Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Wash the wild garlic leaves and cut into small pieces; Dice ham and tomatoes.
  4. Mix the tortellini with wild garlic, ham, tomatoes and the yoghurt cream and season to taste again.
  5. The salad tastes particularly good if it has been covered in the refrigerator for a few hours to sit through.
