- Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
- Wash the wild garlic leaves and cut into small pieces; Dice ham and tomatoes.
- Mix the tortellini with wild garlic, ham, tomatoes and the yoghurt cream and season to taste again.
- The salad tastes particularly good if it has been covered in the refrigerator for a few hours to sit through.
