- Cook the tortellini according to the package description!
- Heat the oil in a pan, fry the minced meat vigorously, then add onions and garlic and fry, do not let them brown.
- Then add the grated carrots and fry briefly, stir in half a tube of tomato paste and deglaze with the meat stock.
- Add the tomato pieces and simmer over low heat.
- Add the spices to taste and simmer until the sauce has thickened a little!
- Arrange the tortellini on the plate and pour the Bolognese sauce over it!
