Instructions

  1. First add the oil to the pan, cut 1 onion into small pieces and sweat in it until translucent. Add the garlic. Then deglaze the whole thing with a dash of white wine or sparkling wine.
  2. Cut the ham into small pieces and add. If you like, you can add boiled peas or boiled broccoli. Then pour in the cream and milk and stir in 1 tablespoon of flour with a whisk.
  3. Bring the whole thing to a boil. Season with vegetable stock, salt and pepper. If necessary thicken with a light sauce thickener or add some processed cheese. Meanwhile, prepare the tortellini or pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet and serve with the sauce.
