Ingredients
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 shot white wine or sparkling wine
- 3 slices cooked ham
- possibly peas or broccoli, cooked
- 2 cups cream, 00 ml each
- 2 cups milk, 00 ml each
- salt and pepper
- Vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Possibly sauce thickener, light or some processed cheese to thicken
- 2 bags tortellini from the cooling shelf or other pasta

- First add the oil to the pan, cut 1 onion into small pieces and sweat in it until translucent. Add the garlic. Then deglaze the whole thing with a dash of white wine or sparkling wine.
- Cut the ham into small pieces and add. If you like, you can add boiled peas or boiled broccoli. Then pour in the cream and milk and stir in 1 tablespoon of flour with a whisk.
- Bring the whole thing to a boil. Season with vegetable stock, salt and pepper. If necessary thicken with a light sauce thickener or add some processed cheese. Meanwhile, prepare the tortellini or pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet and serve with the sauce.
