Ingredients
- 500 g tortellini
- 2 cups sweet cream
- 1 cup processed cheese with herbs
- 1 pack cooked ham
- 1 onion (s)
- some Milk
- some butter for frying
- some broth, instant
- Pepper, black
- Leave out 1 shot white wine if the children are eating
- Water (salt water)

- Pre-cook the tortellini in a saucepan with salted water. In the meantime, dice the cooked ham and onion and fry them in a slightly larger pan with the butter (do not season yet !!!).
- Pour in the two cups of cream and stir in the processed cheese. Let simmer a little. Drain the cooked tortellini and add to the ham-cheese-cream mixture, stir, let simmer a little, if necessary season with a little broth, pepper and white wine and serve. If the whole thing gets a little too thick, add the milk to extend.
- The tortellini are very filling, we can do well with this amount with 2 adults and 1 child.
