Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortellini, fresh, approx. 250 g, with cheese or ham filling

For the sauce:

  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 90 g processed cheese (ham)
  • 75 g ham (Black Forest), lean

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fresh tortellini according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Dice the ham and fry until crispy. Add the cream and bring to the boil while stirring. Add the processed cheese and dissolve in the cream while continuing to stir. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix with the tortellini.
