Ingredients
- 500 g tortellini (cheese tortellini)
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 200 g blue cheese
- 2 onions)
- 200 ml cream
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- salt and pepper
- Lemon juice
- Paprika powder

- Cut the ham and onions into cubes and sauté in the butter. Then sweat with flour. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and then add the cream. Stir the diced cheese into the sauce while simmering gently. Season to taste with the spices and lemon juice.
- Cook the tortellini in salted water to taste and firmness and serve with the sauce.
